"Shrek the Third" Details!

A few details of the third “Shrek” movie have been revealed. The DreamWorks film, set to hit theaters May 18, 2007, will be titled “Shrek the Third.”

In the movie, Shrek (Mike Myers) and Princess Fiona (Cameron Diaz) rule over the kingdom of Far Far Away while the heir to the throne is missing. Meanwhile, Donkey (Eddie Murphy) and Puss in Boots (Antonio Banderas) are on the hunt for the heir, and Prince Charming plots a coup d’etat.

Diaz’s real-life boy-toy Justin Timberlake will also voice a character in the movie.

    Great News. They confirmed that the heir to the throne is going to be King Arthur. Fiona’s father dies, and the Heir to the throne is a bratty spoiled King Arthur who runs away after not wanting the responsibility and that is who Timberlake is voicing.

    The first two are great, and, going against the history of hollywood, I am expecting 3 to be even better. I love watching them with my two young daughters, we all get a kick out of ‘em.

    Why is Justin Timberlake still relevant? I just don’t get it. Besides that I’m really looking forward to this movie. I was hesitant about the second one, but as soon as I saw it I was in love. i expect this one to top it.

    i figure that with this kind of movie the stupider the theme the better the movie. and Shrek the Third has a really stupid theme.
