Seeing Thor in drag alone will be worth the cover price!

But also, as one who was never able to slog through much Greek mythology before my eyes would roll back into my head, it will be really great to have it explained in a much simpler form.

Sound like a very intersting book.

And, Mr Pouncey, your reviews are probably better than the books. Always a treat to see them!

Tim, I have to say this looks really interesting! I’ve always loved mythology and folklore. Its always fascinated me. I’m going to keep an eye out for this and maybe…just maybe I’ll let my kids have a look too hehe.

Fantastic.

I’ve always wanted a means to look into the Norse Mythology without having to read through copious tomes of history books.

I say this because from what I can gather, the author of the book is of Norse descent [at least in name?] and therefore is able to accurately translate the history into something more interesting.

The artwork is reminiscent of Mike Mignola and his work on Hellboy, which indeed draws more similarities in the use of Myth and lore to create a potentially fascinating story.

It’s great that Tim, with his worldy knowledge and vast experience can review something with drive and heart. As I have just said, if you can bring in references from outside when review/talking about a subject, it is evident you know what you are talking about.
