		<description>I read some of the New Universe when it originally came out back in the 80&#039;s when I was a kid. 

I liked Spitfire a whole lot, The Pitt was interesting too. &quot;It was indeed a New Universe and kinda a neat one, if not short-lived phenomena in the comic universe predating the desire for something fresh, but not as hardcore as the Image breakaway that came later.

It&#039;ll be interesting to see what Ellis brings to the revisioning
