Apple Trailers has posted the trailer for the Jon Favreau-directed Iron Man, starring Robert Downey Jr., Gwyneth Paltrow, Jeff Bridges, and Terrence Howard.
The trailer contains much of the same footage unveiled by Favreau in July at the San Diego Comic-Con. It shows the capture of Tony Stark (Downey Jr.) and his forging of the Mark I Iron Man suit, as well as a few glimpses of Stark in the red-and-gold “Mark III” Iron Man suit. There’s also a final visual-effects shot of Iron Man in even more sophisticated armor, flying with F-22 fighter jets.
Iron Man hits theaters on May 2, 2008.
