Tony,
are you retarded?
both mammonths and sabretooth tigers existed in 10,000 BC. Mammonths didn't go extinct in Egypt or southern Siberia until 8,000 BC and they lived in alaska and a few other places until 1,650 BC. Sabretooth tigers went extinct between 9,000-8,000B.C. meaning they were both alive in 10,000 BC (look it up you idiot). and as far as english go, yea good luck finding actors that can speak ancient languages. and most [sane] people i know would rather watch a movie where they speak English rather than having to read subtitles. everyone likes watching movies that they can understand that is why when a movie or show is made in one country and is shown in another country with a different language it is often voiced over with their language. and since you brought 300 into this, did they speak english in that movie? oh wait they did. and if you were curious, 300 was actually very much historically accurate, that war did place with leonidas as the king and all. sure some parts are made up, but only minor parts and for the most part 300 did happen.
you need to brush up on your history man, before you start calling things historically incorrect. if you said geographically innaccurate that would much better, because 10,000 BC was geographically incorrect, but it's history? its timeline happened to be correct. all that stuff did occur in 10,000 BC (pyramids, mammoths, sabretooth tigers, etc). try reading a book or two.
it might of not been a great movie, but you incorrect information just made me like it more.

This movie was actually not bad, if you put it up against movies like, "Plan 9 From Outer Space."

But besides that, it's too far off.

The English I could get past, no problem!
Even the fact that there were horse back riders, sabertooth tigers and wooley mammoths.

The part I couldn't get past was the fact that they were building the Sphinx, which is poorly inaccurate "7000-4500 B.C." (Read on an MSNBC site and a couple others) and Iron weapons??!
In 10,000BC?? I R O N W E A P O N S ? ? ?

WTF? Bronze, MAYBE, but IRON?
That's way beyond stupid. They had most likely flint knives, and bone, and what not.

Not friggin IRON!

Smelting wasn't even there!
