Oh and I forgot, at the end of Hulk, General Ross is taking shots of alcohol in a bar. In walks Tony Stark, played by Robert Downey Jr. of course. They talk, and Tony tells the General to stop worrying about the Hulk. He is going to assemble a team, and they need the Hulk. It ends the scene with a puzzled look in the General's eye.

Okay, this is the deal. I saw both movies. In Ironman, you see the shield, and Samuel L. Jackson plays Nick Fury at the end. In The Incredible Hulk, our U.S. army has the super-soldier serum that was made for Captain America. The serum is cryogetically frozen. The scientist Sterns, in the movie, makes hulk serums from Banner's blood. Tim Roth's character takes the Super-soldier Serum, and then takes the scientist's hulk serum later. This causes him to become the "Abomination." He gets angry, and knocks Sterns to the floor. When the camera shows Sterns' face, his head starts to swell quite a bit. The comic's villain the leader was green with a swollen brain shaped head. They intertwined these aspects into the hulk movie, and made it work out great.

[...] Leterrier is referring a scene in Iron Man in Tony Stark’s workshop where Captain America’s red, white, and blue shield can be seen in the background. Regarding the Captain America cameo in The Incredible Hulk, there’s been no reports from people who attended preview screenings to confirm this. What we do know is that the blue serum that is used to turn Steve Rogers into the super-soldier Captain America is scene in the Incredible Hulk (see ‘Iron Man’ and ‘Incredible Hulk’ Tip Hat to ‘Captain America’).
