I THINK THE BEST ACTOR WOULD BE BATISTA,HES PERFECT FOR THE CARACTER AND HAS THE VOICE TOO.
FUTHER MORE THE MOVIE MUST BE RATED R18,I MEAN WHAT IS THE USE OF A CLEAN MOVIE.
I HOPE THEY REALLY MAKE PLAN ON DOING THE MOVIE,ITS GONA BE A BIG HIT…..IM JUST WORRIED THAT THE MOVIE IS GOING TO BE DIRECTED BY THE WRONG PERSON…….IF I HAD A WISH IT WOULD BE THAT THIS MOVIE WILL SWEEP WORLD OF ITS FEET.WE HAVE THE ACTORS,WE HAVE THE TECHNOLOGY AND SURELY SOMEONE WIL HAVE THE FUNDS TO PRODUCE IT……………….PLEASE LETS GET STARTED

DEFINITELY Djimon Hounsou OR T.C. Carson-WHO ACTUALLY does the voice for Kratos. Can I just remind everyone, it’d be better if it were someone, ANYONE of color…granted the majority of Greeks are brown-of course, shades of skin varies and that goes for just about EVERY ethnicity. BUT they should have done the same with Prince of Persia. Seriously. OMFG though, I’m stoked!!

well i am a huge fan of g.o.w and i think it is all about the greek god story line of decption and they should concentrate on that befor the actors make sure the background effects are sufficent enough to grab the eye of the gamer’s the gamer’s are the loyal fans & will for ever love the games regardless of the movies outcome the movie if it is anywhere close to the game will be successfull.. i think the guy for 300 would play a good krato’s.. don’t forget that they need to have a sparten side in the story for krato’s was a sparten.a sparten war lord i think for producers zack snyder would be best butt the game producer should join him for looks and a prespectives point of view if done right it will blow the roof off the box office i must say if not the man from 300 than its vin diesle both have a very hatefull look to them and their history of movies ….if the rock ends up in the movie i will be disapointed he dosn’t suit the part after playing in a movie about being a fairy

zack snyder should direct this movie hands down. he did an epic job with 300 and i believe if they filmed god of war in the same format then it would be the best possible movie it could be. as for kratos i believe as far as looks go it would be bill goldberg hands down. but as far as acting goes if Djimon Hounsou plays him i will not see this movie. Djimon Hounsou is good at playing a badass good guy, not a no mercy showing blood thirsty godsend. he’s a great actor just not a great actor for this part. infact i cant think of anyone of the top of my head that could pull of kratos’ attitude besides gerard butler, but he doesnt have the looks.

I think they should put a new face in the leading role! I took at that one guy kaleti Williams and he is actually really good….he was also on that new TV show Dollhouse a couple weeks ago!From a girl who loved playing the game and is SICK of seeing the rock on her TV I think that it would be nice to have a fresh face ya know??!?! It also helps that kaleti is extremly good looking and talented!

djimon is a good choice very good choice ,my reason is because this would make for a great story yes kratos is greek but who’s to say Zeus didnt go for that beautiful nubian concubine.and thus the reason for their exile and why she couldnt say who his father was.

I think as far as looks, maybe not voice (and his acting skills are a bit in question as well), Dominic Purcell from Prison Break would make a good LOOK for Kratos. As far as actual acting, I’d have to agree with you guys about Gerard Butler. If only there were a way to make a hybrid…Or maybe some kind of Terrence Carson(voice), Gerard Butler (acting), and Dominic Purcell(look) hybrid…I don’t know, I ran out of ideas.

peter jackson might be a good person to do this movie, look at the layout of the lord of the rings. the fighting sences the backgrounds. this movie could be huge (not just for the fans) but it has such a cool story. as for kratos he has to either be a no name or someone who is not a big time actor, that would be the biggest mistake to kill the movie. the guy from hitman would be a good role for him… but all in all DO NOT MURDER THIS MOVIE!

Kaleti Williams is an up and coming Actor from Southern California. His profile is on IMDB and has the look and the body structure of Kratos…. (well he may need to get a little more ripped up…) Kaleti has a YouTube page at which he has posted his film projects. I seen him perform on stage in front of thousands as King Kamehameha and gave a standing ovation…. The Hawaiian people were proud!! You can get a good glance at his physical appearance on the You Tube clip. He was also in the Cars.com Superbowl Commercial as Glondor “The Ring of Fire” (You Tube). Let’s put some new fresh faces on screen… I’ve turn to Indie Films, Short Films, and Foreign Films for that reason!!
