One of the better movie magazines to hit your local news agent will invariably be Empire, and to celebrate the on-rushing release of what is sure to be this year’s biggest cinematic blockbuster, The Dark Knight, Empire has given the twin cover treatment to the film for their next issue.

I’m normally not one of those who buys variant covers of anything just to “own them all,” but I could very well see myself purchasing both of these.

If you check out the website for yourself, you’ll see that there’s options to browse “The Dark Knight Issue” or “the Joker Issue.” Whether this means that there is separate content in the magazines, I’m not sure (probably not), but it’ll definitely be worth a look. At the time of this writing, my Internet decided it doesn’t like me, so I can’t find out for myself, but my editors say that there’s nothing to browse right now. Perhaps something will be added at a later time.
