From the looks of the potentials, they’re too “sexified” to be in the movie.. i think given this movie wants to touch on such “realism” they would cast a 6 out of 10 stars chick rather than a 9 or 10 out of 10 (beckinsale being the 10 and Jolie i give an 8)..

Catwoman is totally not the right choice for Nolans films. Dawes dies and Batman starts chasing Angelina Jolie around rooftops?
I don’t think Nolan would go for that as it could totally undermine The Dark Knights impact.
Hugo Strange would be an easy choice as would Black Mask.
I am also kind of hoping that Goyer or Nolan will create an original character. I want to see a character they created appear in the comics.

The only trouble with Jolie, Beckinsale, and Jovovich in this kind of role is that there would be a “been there – done that” feeling withing the audience, and then we would end up caring less about the character.

NOPE!!! I love Catwoman and I say Jolie would not be a fit for the role. Nothing against her as an actress or human being, I just don’t think she has the look, the feel or essence of Catwoman.
