Love this show too. Season 3 is just as good as the first two.
My only gripe is that NBC/Universal have chosen only to release the first two seasons on DVD - not Blu-Ray, too. It's recorded and broadcast in High Definition. Other less succesful shows are available on Blu-Ray. So, what's the deal? Are they trying to make sure we all buy them again on Blu-Ray too?! Damn you, peacock and globe!

It seems like all I do is tell my friends and family to watch this show. Since season one, it has become my mission to get every one I know to watch it. Your review sums up my thoughts about the majesty of this program exactly, except for the part about it being better than Arrested Development.

It is one of only sitcoms I will make an effort to watch at all on network tv.
I love Tina Fey.

I hardly listen to audio commentaries.
