This is without a doubt the most uninspired thing I’ve seen in years. To think that some studio exec tied tens of millions of dollars to this script is just…amazing. As a matter of fact maybe I could interest him in some of my nephew’s finger paintings.

this has got to be the dumbest things i have ever heard. Rodriguez should be severely for this the project will certainly fail at the box office.

For the Isabelle character, I’d go for Tori Higginson.. She’s definitely got the eyes and demeanor and being Canadian, should be able to do the French thing..

Originally when I read this I envisioned Jackie Earle Haley as Stans the white supremacist. I could see him in Edwin role but I think like the description said, get someone milquetoast like Michael C Hall, works so well as Dexter.
I see someone has rewatched the original Predator and, like Aliens, discovered that writing rich character roles for an ensemble cast works best. Sounds like it holds some promise and with RR overseeing it I hold out some hope that it won’t suck.

Oh boy, do I want to like this. I really, really want to think all of this is a good idea. And I am going to have faith. Because I love Predator. But it sounds like frickin Smash TV or something.
