		<description>I think most readers of LoTR loved Gandalf the Grey more than his resurrected white persona, but that was just one of the tragedies of the war of the ring. I was so glad Gandalf was back but he had been altered by the conflict and some of his beauty was lost because he had to follow a higher calling. Great challenges often change us.</description>
