‘Shatnerquake’ Author Offers Book As A Free Download

The 100-page story by Jeff Burk chronicles the battle that takes place at the first Shatner-Con between an army of rabid Bruce Campbell fans and the combined might of every character ever portrayed by Shatner.

    Followed the link to the ‘Shatnerquake’ Amazon page, but I don’t see where the book is available to download for free. Am I missing something?

    I did not see a free Amazon download available, but if you read the author’s blog (http://jeffburk.wordpress.com/2009/11/16/down load-shatnerquake-for-free-today-only/) he links to two file distribution sites that are hosting the free download of the PDF.

    I found out about this in the newsletter that I got today (11/18/09). The author’s site says it was good for 11/17/09. Gee, thanks fer nuttin’.

    The newsletter is automatically generated and sent out every day at around 9am ET. This story was posted at 12:21pm, so there’s no way it could have been in that day’s newsletter. That’s why it was in the one the next day. There’s nothing we can do about that.
