Eternal there is a run/crouch system implemented which will give the player more control then if they used the S.M.A.R.T system exclusively.
If you master manual control of your character you may be better off not ever using the S.M.A.R.T system except as a novelty.

Every game seems to promise the next great thing which always tends to be more gimmick than anything.
That appears to be what is going on here. The smart system while a nice idea could be just as easily done by just having a run/crouch resulting in the slide and a run/jump action doing the other. Calling it a smart system seems a bit silly.
Other than that the game looks pretty good but isn't bringing anything new to the table.

UT2004 was a piece of shite for creatures without a sence, period.
You want crazy movement, you go CPMA.

I can't go with this looking like the greatest FPS ever. Having played FPS's since they were invented, imho UT2004 is still king of the hill. This looks good, but once again it's the same old boring ass weapons as in every other game like Modern Warfare 2 and so on. The movement also looks sluggish, despite the addition of the smart movement. I'm yet to see a game that has matched UT2004 for movement or for exciting weapons (even UT3 didn't cut it, and that was heavily because they restricted the movement). Honestly, I can't understand how when creating a completely imaginary game from scratch that developers persist with the same old pistols, machines guns and so on and boring ass realistic movement. The "ultimate FPS" should make the player feel powerful with highly creative weaponry and like a superhero with your ability to move. Without those, it's just not that exciting I'm afraid.
