Couldn't agree more. At this point I like the idea of a Jurassic Park 4, but the bottom line is it must have a kick ass story, period. It should NOT be some 3D garbage bag of special effects. I think if they do a "reboot" of the franchise it could be very successful, much like Batman Begins or Star Trek. Like Joe Johnston is quoted as saying, something very different and not seen before. That sounds good to me. Johnston as director again is a downside for me though. He may not have had much to work with in JP3 but if the movie is supposedly something so different, than they really should be going with a different director. And yeah, no more spino please. And also, please bring back the original raptors. That means no feathers, no stupid glowing eyes, and no talking to each other. Lame. Jurassic park 4? I like dinosaur movies, and with all the new technology it could be great visually. I’d like to see a decent new unique story though.

No kids, No cheesey dialog, I’d want a much darker trilogy/sequel. Not blood and guts… but something different.
