Beginning today, anxious Twilight fans can pre-order The Twilight Saga: New Moon on Two-Disc Special Edition DVD
and Blu-ray.
Both DVD and Blu-ray will be released on March 20, 2010.

- Audio Commentary by director Chris Weitz and editor Peter Lambert
- Six-Part Documentary takes you behind the scenes of the film
- Rehearsal Footage with Muse, who is featured on the hit soundtrack
- Three Music Videos from Death Cab for Cutie, Anya Marina and Mute Math
No mention in the bonus features about deleted or extended scenes, as promised by director Chris Weitz (as told to Collider back in November).
Apparently, Barnes & Noble will also have an exclusive version of the DVD and Blu-ray editions, that will include a Dreamcatcher bag clip, according to Twilight Source, though nothing has been put at up the BN site at this time.
These BN Exclusive editions will come with a “Dreamcatcher” bag clip.
I’ve seen a picture of the bag clip, and it looks pretty nice– it has an ‘antique brass’ finished dreamcatcher charm, various stones, two feather charms, and a metal Wolf Pack tattoo charm.
So, Amazon is not offering their typically Buy Now Watch Now deal for Twilight: New Moon. release, which they did do for the Twilight DVD/Blu-ray release. (This would be if you pre-order either format from Amazon, you’d be able access a digital copy through their Video On Demand service on the day of release, meaning you’ll be able to watch it the second it becomes available, while you wait for your physical copy to arrive.) It’s likely the offer will come up closer to the release date, and will possibly apply to customers who’ve already pre-ordered it from Amazon.
