I think the reason for this is because for most people, soldiers are the military-trained, and regular Joe and Jane respond to "soldiers" as a simple generalization all can understand. Certainly no offense meant by it. As for "limited release": this is common among indie films. The movie had a very limited budget, and has a very limited release. I think the reason for this is because for most people, soldiers are the military-trained, and regular Joe and Jane respond to “soldiers” as a simple generalization all can understand.

As for “limited release”: this is common among indie films. The movie had a very limited budget, and has a very limited release. The better it does in the few theaters that it gets released in, the more theaters they’re put it in the next week.

(...and the Coast Guard are expendable.
