Trailer For ‘Merlin’ Season 2; Catch The Season 1 Marathon This Sunday

Season 2 of the BBC series Merlin will begin airing in the United States on Syfy on April 2, 2010 at 10/9c.
To catch everyone up on the series, Syfy will have a Merlin marathon, airing all 13 hours of the first season this Sunday, March 28th, from 10AM-11PM (ET/PT).

Season 1 Synopsis Merlin is a new drama series that updates the story of the infamous sorcerer of Arthurian legend for a new audience. The mythical city of Camelot, in a time before history began; a fantastical realm of legendary beasts and mysterious people; a dangerous world in which magic has been banned by the ruthless tyrant, Uther Pendragon.
When Merlin, a young man gifted with extraordinary magical powers, arrives in the kingdom, he quickly makes enemies including the heir to Uther’s crown, the headstrong Prince Arthur. But guided by Uther’s wise physician Gaius, Merlin is soon using his talents not just to survive but also to unlock Camelot’s mystical secrets. As he does so he discovers that his destiny and that of the kingdom’s young leader in waiting, Arthur, are inextricably linked.

Since I was out of town on vacation I recorded the marathon, just because the show seemed like something I’d like. I missed the 1st episode of the new season though. Just like me… I have the worst luck out of anyone I know. Maybe I can find the episode online somewhere. I saw the 1st episode of last season and part of the second so I have some (quite a lot of)catching up to do anyway. I wonder who the actor who plays Merlin is, because he’s cute. Not some old mand with a white fluffy beard! (rather like Dumbledore’s beard) Is it just me or is he really quiet to the point of mumbleingg his lines. I couldn’t make out of of his sentences/lines even though I re-winded (what felt like) a million times and turned the volume up an incredable amount. TO 100%/max at one point. Anyways, thanks for the tip!
