New ’21 Jumpstreet’ Trailer Hits
space
Cinemumra   |

Following in the wake of a shockingly intriguing red-band trailer, we’ve got yet another chance to look at the upcoming big screen adaptation of 21 Jump Street, and I must say, it looks quite good.

The film stars Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum, and follows the story of a cop duo who are sent into a high school, undercover, to bust the person behind a recent rash of drugs going around the school.

Directed by the pair of Phil Lord and Chris Miller, the film is one of the more interesting comedies looking to hit in the coming year, and should be a big change of pace for someone like Tatum, best known for much different roles. Personally, with little connection to the source material, I think this could make for a really fun and entertaining comedy. It obviously remains to be seen if that is what we will actually be getting, but chances look good that it is in the cards.

What do you think?
