HBO has finally released the first teaser trailer (not counting that ultra-tease) for season 2 of their hit series, Game of Thrones.

The trailer is only 47 seconds in length, but sets up the season nicely with voiceover from Stannis Baratheon (Stephen Dillane), brother to the late King Robert Baratheon (Mark Addy), returning to claim the Iron Throne as his own.

Ever since it was first announced, The Amazing Spider-Man has been something of an oddity. Featuring a great cast including Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield, the project also happens to have an odd choice at the helm, 500 Days Of Summer director Marc Webb. Orchid #2 appears to reiterate a bit of the information that we learned in the first issue, but goes a bit deeper into the background of why things are the way they are. Writer Tom Morello obviously has a grander vision than I first imagined. I find myself interested in the history of this future Earth. Hopefully more on that front as the series progresses.

We find Orchid in the slave pits this issue, still resigned to her fate. With her younger brother in tow, she tries to avoid Simon as he rants like a madman [...]
