Anderson Cooper

On New Year’s Eve this past weekend, Spider-Man villain Green Goblin abducted Anderson Cooper during CNN’s live show at Times Square.

Thankfully, our friendly neighborhood Spider-Man was able to swing in and rescue Cooper!

Watch it all unfold in the 4 1/2-minute video here below.

The characters in the video are Spider-Man and Green Goblin from the Broadway musical Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark and the actors do some cool stunt work. I recently got to see the musical, which I totally loved! I mean, Spidey is swinging high over the audience and shooting webs — amazing! Admittedly, some of the storyline doesn’t make much sense, but the stunt work is spectacular and really makes it a one-of-a-kind experience for a Broadway show. Plus, if you’re a Spider-Man fan, you’ll be thrilled with what you see.
