What’s in a title?
Based on the title of Welcome To The Punch, one can expect something really intense, right? Well, based on the first photo from the upcoming film, that may be exactly what we will be getting.
Screen Daily has the first look at the new film starring James McAvoy, which follows a criminal who must try to save his son after a job goes wrong, only to have his history come and bite him in the behind.
Directed by Eran Creevy, the film has been a long time coming, and is set to have its cut finalized by March 3. A possible bow at SXSW seems likely, so we should be getting much more from this film quickly.
Personally, I adore this photo. I really like the aesthetic here, and with McAvoy’s involvement, this is easily one of 2012′s more interesting indie pictures. What do you think?
