Back in January we found out about an amazing LEGO recreation of the eternally awesome horror-comedy, Shaun of the Dead.

At the time it was just a great fan-made item none of us could get our hands on, but as it turns out, owning your own LEGO Shaun of the Dead is not impossible…with a little help from you and you and I and you.

While visiting Conan O’Brien recently, star Simon Pegg let it be known that if fans show their support of making this a LEGO reality—to the tune of about 10,000 people—it could become available in the future.

At the moment, there is already over 7,000 fans supporting the project. If it does reach 10,000, LEGO will then enter it into the review stages where the company will decide whether they can ultimately make money on it or not.
