Re: US involvement, yes we want it, the more the merrier. More international viewers = more revenue = bigger and better production values.
Predictions: I’m sooo excited about the Daleks coming back. Having seen the eye stalk being used as a “periscope”, I think it is at this point that we’ll see their new weaponry revealed from the black back panel and groove that circumnavigates the Pandorica, dalektanium casing.

Re: Past doctors, after seeing Moffs Tintin. The great CGI means that there is no reason why ALL of the doctors cant come back. Yippee!!!
