Everyone got a real kick out of seeing Ellen‘s staff members nearly die of fright when they walked through Universal Studios Hollywood’s Halloween Horror Nights Walking Dead maze.
Earlier this month, some of the cast members of AMC’s The Walking Dead did a walkthrough of the maze, which includes parts of the town of Woodbury as well as in and around the prison set.
Check out the video here below, where stars Norman Reedus, Steven Yeun, and Sonequa Martin-Green talk about their experience in the maze (there’s also a little walk-through footage) and how it compares to the real set of the television series filmed in Georgia.
The video also includes interviews with cast and crew at the Season 4 red carpet premiere that took place earlier this month.
Admittedly, it’s nothing as frightening and hilarious as the video of the Ellen staffers going through the maze, but it’s still pretty cool to see the cast and hear their thoughts on the attraction and how it lives up their actual sets. Oh, and there’s Norman Reedus wearing a bowtie basking in the full Moon light, so that’s enough right there to hit play. HHN’s Walking Dead maze does look pretty damn awesome; I would actually love to walk through it, if not for the fact that an ambulance would need to be called about 5 seconds into my experience. I love this stuff, but imma scared! Why can’t they make it like a Disney attraction where you’re in a little cart and people can’t JUMP OUT AT YOU a millimeter from your face?
If you’re not a scared little girl like me, Halloween Horror Nights is happening at Universal Studios theme parks in Hollywood and Orlando through November 2, 2013.
