Doctor Who 50th Anniversary Special The Day of the Doctor Matt Smith David Tennant

Last month, we got to see the teaser celebrating BBC’s 50 years of Doctor Who and their upcoming 50th Anniversary Special, The Day of the Doctor.

Now, the trailer for The Day of the Doctor has been released! Watch it here below.

Unlike the teaser, this new trailer has actual footage from the upcoming television special, which stars Matt Smith and Jenna Coleman and will see guest appearances by David Tennant, Billie Piper, John Hurt, and many more.

Also here below is a video of the eleventh doctor, Matt Smith, explaining what hashtags are and why they’re important. There’s also an anniversary special tie-in video from Strax, who gives a field report about The Zygons.

[UPDATE]: A second, longer trailer was just released – see it here below!

[UPDATE 2]: There’s another tiny clip released, which I’ve added too!

Doctor Who: The Day of the Doctor airs on Saturday, November 23, 2013 at 7:50pm GMT on BBC One and 2:50pm EST on BBC America.
