This April, fans around the world will be lining up to watch Captain America: The Winter Soldier and Hasbro has given us a look at the toy line they are releasing to celebrate this new Marvel film.
If you’re like me, you are always scouting the toy aisle in every store looking for some elusive figure or playset. Well, I’m here to tell you this series will have a few items many of us will seek out. This year’s Toy Fair in New York City is where they debuted, but if you didn’t make to that this past weekend then you’re in luck. Here at Geeks Of Doom, we’ve got your back (and photos to prove it)!
Check out the full gallery after the jump!
The official word is that there will be the usual 3.75″ figures, such as The Falcon, Grapple Cannon Captain America, Shockwave Blast Captain America, Red Skull, and of course Precision Strike Winter Soldier himself. Each figure has excellent articulation and either has weapons that fire projectiles or some feature motion. There are a total of six figures in the series.
The Legends Infinite Series of figures is their 6-inch scale line. There are seven figures in the line and six of them include the Build-A-Figure pieces to build Mandroid. Containing the Winter Soldier, multiple Captain Americas, Black Widow, Red Skull, as well as soldiers from A.I.M. and Hydra this series has a lot of extras with each figure.
Add to this the Blast ‘N Go Assault Cylce and Combat ATV, the Dualshot Gauntlet, Recon Rangefinder, and many other items and you have yourself a nice full selection for every comic fan, regardless of age. My favorite is the Stealthfire Shield and yes, I will be buying this as soon as it hits the shelf. And speaking of that, this group starts showing up in stores this Spring, so keep your eyes peeled or you’ll miss out!
