I really hope everyone is caught up on Arrow. You had a month, people! If not….spoiler alert!

We last left our favorite vigilante trapped in Nanda Parbat with John Diggle (David Ramsey) in a failed rescue attempt of Malcolm Merlyn (John Barrowman). Thea (Willa Holland), so distraught that Malclom drugged her and set her up to kill the original Canary, Sarah Lance (Caity Lotz), she sold him to Ra’s al Ghul (Matt Nable) for her and Oliver’s guaranteed safety. Oliver went to rescue him against everyone’s advice in order to save Thea from future torment and guilt. I have to side with Oliver on this one. If Merlyn dies, eventually Thea’s anger will fade and she will be full of regrets.

Ra’s al Ghul: “The tale to be told will be thus…” Ominous.

Arrow 3.16 “The Offer” review: Well…selling your own dad doesn’t feel so good, does it Thea? She tries some Nyssa-assisted suicide, which really doesn’t pan out. Daddy dearest has to convalesce at her and Ollie’s place and she is losing her mind.

“Going to buy my evil dad some soup.” Good one, Thea!

Malcolm tells Oliver there is a prophecy (isn’t there always?). “The man that doesn’t perish at the blade of Ra’s al Ghul, will become Ra’s al Ghul.” Because, as we saw in the promo videos, “The Offer” is the offer to head The League of Assassins.

The case of the day is a new player with his lips sewn shut, appropriately named Murmur. Apparently it focuses the mind like meditation. Will Murmur last past this episode? He seems too creepy a villain to be just a one-timer.

Arrow is back and I am so glad. This return is a great episode, and there is a “battle royale” in the police station. Oliver struggles with his choices, as per usual – his city, his Feli”city.”

The flashback has a surprise in store!
