“Winter is coming.”
Kit Harington was a guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night and he had a very serious job to do. Jimmy Kimmel brought three Jon Snow impersonators on the Wall of America screen for Harington to judge. Then he let Kimmel know what it was like to eat lunch with a White Walker.
Watch both clips below. I’ve also included “that scene.”
The impersonators were really good! They sounded just like him. They even had the Jon Snow facial hair thing going. The 3rd impersonator did Varys (Conleth Hill), LittleFinger (Aidan Gillen), and Sam (John Bradley) pretty well too. Harington was impressed. I was particularly impressed with the guy reading the Pantene shampoo bottle.
The second clip talks about that epic battle in episode 8, and how long it took to film those 20 minutes.
Kimmel: “I would just join the White Walkers. I’d let them kill me., because it seems like they’re just an army too. What’s the difference?”
I have to agree with Kimmel. I mean, I would die of a heart attack anyway. I may as well let them take me.
Harington spoke about how weird it is to have lunch with them, because they are not CGI. That’s how they walk around – and are just as scary.
The Game Of Thrones finale is this Sunday, June 14th at 9pm ET on HBO. Jimmy Kimmel Live airs weeknights at 11:35pm ET on ABC.
