Another popular video game franchise getting the virtual reality treatment. During the VR section of Sony’s E3 2016 briefing, a trailer began playing and a menacingly familiar voice rang out.
The trailer was for Batman: Arkham VR, a new game in the series that has included Batman: Arkham Asylum, Batman: Arkham City, and Batman: Arkham Knight. The voice was none other than the Joker himself.
It’s not much, but it’s still a fun trailer for Batman fans. You can check it out below.
You won’t have to wait long for this one if you’re planning to grab a PlayStation VR when it’s released later this year. Arkham VR will be the same month in October of 2016.
Batman: Arkham VR immerses you in the Dark Knight’s Universe and redefines what it means to Be the Batman.
Experience Gotham City through the eyes of the World’s Greatest Detective in an all new Arkham mystery. Think like Batman. Utilize his legendary gadgets in Virtual Reality to unravel a plot that threatens the lives of Batman’s closest allies.
Batman: Arkham VR from Rocksteady Studios is coming October 2016 exclusively to PlayStation VR.
