One of the very best decisions that console makers Microsoft and Sony have made, is to offer free games to those who are members of their Xbox Live Gold and PlayStation Plus programs each month. Hundreds of dollars worth of games for free each year. It makes the pill that is having to pay to play (online) much, much easier to swallow.
The free games being offered to PlayStation Plus members for February 2017 have been revealed, and you can see what they are below.
Your PlayStation Plus games for the month arrive on February 7! This month we have the incredibly creative LittleBigPlanet 3 and the fast-paced action game Not a Hero from Roll 7 (OlliOlli).
LittleBigPlanet 3 is available for all PS Plus members this month. This is one of the most imaginative games on PlayStation, full of platforming adventure and excitement. After you’ve explored the Imagisphere, flex your creative muscle and bring your own imagination to life or play one of the millions of original creations from the LBP Community.
We are also offering Not a Hero, because sometimes you just want to blast the criminal underworld to bits. Play as Steve, a professional assassin turned amateur campaign manager as he cleans for his boss, an anthropomorphic rabbit and mayoral candidate from the future named BunnyLord. Run, jump, shoot, and cut your way through this white-knuckle campaign.

Looked at all reviews and saw a video for each game (except for LBP because I tried it before and didn’t care for it). I don’t like to be mean and judge hard work before I give it a chance let alone be unfair, but either this is a terrible line-up since most of these games kinda suck, or I just have no care for these side-scroller & 2D games since I’m not a fan of games like this unless it’s a retro game from like the SNES (I have made exceptions like Shantae). Why can’t we have something that’s actually good, with solid reviews. Each review I looked at was lucky to have at least one 9/10. Some reviews dipped to the 4/10s. This is thanks for us spending hard earned money? Pick up your game Sony. Give us a hidden gem, not lousy indies. Not lousy AAA games. And not popular games people likely already have. Give us really good games that are overlooked.
