The other day we reported that Robert Rodriguez was working on a sequel to his 2010 action splatterfest Machete called Machete Kills that would reunite the director with his longtime collaborator and Machete leading man Danny Trejo, and that he was planning to begin filming pretty soon.

Today we are bring you your first look at a promotional poster for Machete Kills that will premiere at the European Film Market this week.

As the film nears its long awaited November release date, we finally have our first look at the upcoming return of James Bond, Skyfall, and it’s a killer.

The James Bond Facebook page has released the first photo from the film, which itself has been in purgatory for seemingly years now, particularly following a long and much talked about battle over at MGM. The film's Facebook page revealed this new look at not only The Huntsman (Thor's Chris Hemsworth), but the eight -- that’s right eight -- dwarves that will be helping him and his leading lady (Kristen Stewart) take down the evil Queen (Charlize Theron). Check out the new photo here above.

It's hard to put into words just how good Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz are. Because of this, fans of the movies have been impatiently awaiting the arrival of the third movie in what's often times called the "Blood and Ice Cream Trilogy."

The movies aren't connected apart from the never-fail combination of director Edgar Wright and stars Simon Pegg and Nick Frost, as well as their very basic recipe: take a popular genre (horror, action, _____?), introduce generous slice of comedic fried gold,, and run wild with it. It's been more than seven years since Vin Diesel last put on the goggles and black wife beater to play the dangerous and resourceful criminal anti-hero with exceptional night vision that helped make him an unlikely movie star. Now production has began on Riddick and Diesel has posted the first photo of himself in costume from the film's set on his Facebook page.

I've made it clear in the past that in recent months Community has become one of my absolute favorite television comedies of all time. The LA Times has a preview of the upcoming Judd Apatow movie, This is 40, which is a spin-off of his 2007 comedy Knocked Up.

Universal Pictures has released a new image and international poster for their upcoming summer tentpole sci-fi action board game adaptation Battleship.

Both the poster and image feature the same theme: humanity overwhelmed by massive alien technology.
