Universal Pictures has released a new poster and teaser trailer for their upcoming super-spy sequel The Bourne Legacy. You can check them both out here below.

The gritty, globe-trotting action franchise inspired by the novels of the late Robert Ludlum seemed to have wrapped up with 2007's The Bourne Ultimatum, which was star Matt Damon and director Paul Greengrass' farewell to the series that made them both household names in Hollywood. Jamie Benning, the creator of the amazing fan-made Star Wars Begins that was released early last year, has just completed his latest "filmumentary": a comprehensive look back at the making of Raiders of the Lost Ark, Steven Spielberg and George Lucas' blockbuster 1981 paean to the swashbuckling adventure flicks of yesteryear that introduced audiences to the one and only Indiana Jones, compiled from vintage audio and video interviews, behind-the-scenes footage, and much more.

The Woman in Black, the latest horror effort from Hammer Films, opened in theaters this past weekend and marks star Daniel Radcliffe's first big screen project post-Harry Potter.

In the film, Radcliffe stars as lawyer Arthur Kips, who's a widower raising his young son, but he's also having trouble going on with his life and handling his cases after his wife's death. Kips gets sent on assignment by his firm to a remote village that, unbeknownst to outsiders, is haunted by a very vengeful ghost - the Woman In Black.

Would you want Nutella if you knew Indiana Jones desperately desired it, so much so he'd risk his life for it?

Well, that's what the makers of the chocolate-hazelnut spread hoped when they came up with a commercial showing Harrison Ford's Indiana Jones risking death by booby-trap in order to steal not the golden idol, but rather a jar of Nutella.

The rare old commercial, which was put on the European VHS edition of Raiders of the Lost Ark, is now online thanks to Canadian cartoonist and videographer Paul Covello, who unloaded this gem to YouTube. Watch the commercial here below [...]

Walt Disney Pictures premiered a new television spot for their upcoming big-budget sci-fi adventure John Carter last night during the Super Bowl and later released an extended version of the preview online.

You can watch both videos here below.

Both versions of the preview begin with a montage of scenes from John Carter that slowly reveal to form the film's title, which would be a kick to watch if not for the fact that both the title and the logo font are awful. Go with the extended spot which delivers lots more action, sumptuous Martian vistas, and leapin' Taylor Kitsch a-plenty! [...]

During last night's Super Bowl Universal Pictures debuted the latest preview for their summer alien invasion epic/board game adaptation Battleship.

The minute-long TV spot is little more than a sizzle reel of destruction, awesome-looking aliens (where the writers and director Peter Berg playing Halo during the development process?), and a hard rock soundtrack. In other words this looks like the ideal summer event flick. I just hope there's a really juicy steak among all this sizzle being sold, instead of that slab of rancid beef jerky that was Cowboys & Aliens [...]

For the past four years Finnish metal band lymystö frontman Timo Vuorensola has been struggling to make his directorial debut Iron Sky a reality. Following the online debut of a teaser trailer in 2008 Vuorensola was able to secure the necessary $8.5 million in funding, a chunk of which was provided by fans who wanted to see the neophyte filmmaker's dream come to fruition.

Now Iron Sky is completed and preparing for its world premiere next week in Berlin and a trailer for the finished feature has been released. You can check it out here below [...]

Did you catch Betty White tonight in the Super Bowl ad for the NBC show The Voice? I know, she's awesome at everything.

But White isn't done with the Super Bowl just yet, though. The 90-year-old actress, who stars in the TV Land sitcom Hot In Cleveland, recorded a congratulatory message for the Super Bowl-winning New York Giants with a little warning about what to expect next year.

You can't blame the good people at Fox News for feeling the need to stir up some outrage; their relentless campaign of disinformation against President Obama has made them pariahs among more respectable news outlets and the current crop of Republican presidential candidates isn't exactly inspiring confidence that the GOP will take back the White House this Fall (in a recent Fox News poll 44% of their viewers now believe that Obama would win a second term if either Mitt Romney or Newt Gingrich were the 2012 Republican candidate for President).

One of the network's favorite targets has always been "liberal" Hollywood and how they want to impose their debauched lifestyles and depraved beliefs on the fragile young mindsets of young Americans and lay waste to traditional family values in an apocalyptic fire of legalized abortion and medicinal marijuana [...]

We all know the commercial: a little kid dressed as Darth Vader is running around trying to learn the ways of the Force when he unexpectedly starts his parents' Volkswagen using only his mind powers (watch it here).

You can see the new commercial below now. [...]
