Concluding tonight on DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, the heroes and legends are trying to stop the Dominators, a creepy alien race bent on destroying Earth. After Barry Allen and Cisco (Grant Gustin, Carlos Valdes) reached out to Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) for help, Team Arrow, Team Flash, and the Legends joined forces to fight them. Some had been mind-controlled to attack each other, but good prevailed, some were kidnapped and put in a happy stasis dream state and then rescued. What happened tonight? Read on!

Last night, Barry Allen and Cisco Ramon (Grant Gustin, Carlos Valdes) stopped by Supergirl via wormhole to recruit Kara (Melissa Benoist) for a slight problem. The episode was good, but there was definitely not enough crossover – merely the last 2 minutes. Tonight’s episode of The Flash was the payoff as the gang was all here.

CW Crossover Header

In what looks to be part Independence Day, part War of the Worlds, part V, part Superman, part everything you’ve always wanted in a superhero/alien movie, The CW is going for it. Touched upon in the last couple of minutes of Supergirl last night, when Barry Allen and Cisco Ramon (Grant Gustin, Carlos Valdes) popped up in Kara’s (Melissa Benoist) living room through a wormhole asking for help, tonight is when it seems the whole gang will get together. The CW has released “The Dominators” trailer and a behind the scenes look at how everything is going down.

Riverdale Header

I loved Archie comics as a kid. I could totally see the difference between Betty and Veronica, and always thought Veronica was prettier (we are both brunettes), but did think he should end up with Betty. I never thought Archie was hot, just kinda sexless.

Well, not anymore. Check out the trailer and synopsis for The CW’s new show Riverdale, below.

TV Review: The Vampire Diaries 8.4 “An Eternity of Misery”
Olympus Athens   |

The Vampire Diaries 804

The Vampire Diaries
Season 8 Episode 4: “An Eternity of Misery”
Directed by Rob Hardy
Written by Brett Matthews & Neil Reynolds
Created by Kevin Williamson and Julie Plec
Starring Paul Wesley, Ian Somerhalder, Kat Graham, Candice King, Zach Roerig, Matthew Davis, Michael Malarkey
The CW
Air Date: Friday, November 11th, 2016, 8:00pm

Last week on The Vampire Diaries, Sybil (Nathalie Kelley) played a little game – have Bonnie (Kat Graham) choose who should die, Damon or Enzo (Ian Somerhalder, Michael Malarkey). We all knew exactly who Bonnie would choose. Things got a little hairy, as Stefan kept jumping in the middle of the fight, because Damon made him his second. Stefan (Paul Wesley) was determined not to let either of them die. But once the ladies finally showed, Enzo chose Bonnie… by switching off his humanity. Then, predictably, Sybil went back on her word, Bonnie almost died and everyone ran. They did manage to capture Sybil with a giant tuning fork, but she still had Damon doing her bidding, which apparently included killing Tyler Lockwood (Michael Trevino).

Check Out The CW’s 4-Way Crossover Trailer! | Supergirl
Olympus Athens   |

Supergirl The CW Crossover

Ever since Supergirl moved from parent company CBS to The CW, fans have been waiting for the ultimate crossover. A staple of the other three shows, natural because The Flash is a spinoff from Arrow, and DC’s Legends of Tomorrow is a spinoff from both, we got a bit of cross network taste (sort of), when Barry Allen accidentally ran to another Earth, where there were birds, planes, and… you get the picture. Kara and Barry got along like superheroes in a pod, and we were sad to see him go. Now it’s time for he and Kara to be reunited!

Check out the trailer below.

Supernatural 1204 Header

Directed by John Showalter
Written by Davy Perez
Starring Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles, Misha Collins, Mark Sheppard, Ruth Connell
The CW
Air Date: Thursday, November 3rd, 2016, 9:00pm

Last week found Agent Beyonce aka Castiel (Misha Collins) and Agent Jay-Z aka Crowley (Mark Sheppard) searching for Lucifer (now Rick Springfield). But it was Rowena (Ruth Connell), my favorite witch who got the best of Lucifer. As for Mary Winchester (Samantha Smith), “There was no pain… I think I was in heaven.” So give her something to sing about. She was with John and the boys and was happy. She tried hunting it out, but eventually, Mary had to go deal and left her grown sons.

Legends Of Tomorrow

Directed by Michael Allowitz
Written by Marc Guggenheim & Ray Utarnachitt

Air Date: Thursday, November 3rd, 2016, 8:00pm

Last week on DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, Ray turned Nate Heywood (Brandon Routh, Nick Zano) into Steel with a tinkered Nazi super serum, but he cannot control it. Vixen (Maisie Richardson-Sellers) stows away on the ship, after trying to kill Mick (Dominic Purcell). She blames him for Rex Tyler’s death. Nate and Ray ended up in 17th Century Japan, and the rest of the team followed. So much fun! There were ninjas and a bit of romance. They helped defeat an evil shogun, to secure the future of Katana.
