Two weeks ago on The Flash, the meta of the day was one that Alchemy aka Julian (Tom Felton) had awakened. His touch had the ability to cause matter to disintegrate, and people to decompose to ash. That meta, Clive Yorkin (Matthew Kevin Anderson), went after cops that collared him in Flashpoint. He touched Iris (Candice Patton) to hurt Joe West (Jesse L. Martin). Barry (Grant Gustin) figured that out, so Cisco (Carlos Valdes) vibed there to find the next target. Yorkin caused a train full of people to be in danger, so Barry vibed the whole train safely through, leaving Kid Flash (Keiynan Lonsdale) to vibe (for the first time) through Yorkin with a neutralizer.

He and the gang (sans Wild Dog) went to stop that madness, with Rory (Joe Dinicol) stopping a nuclear blast with his rags. He went away because they were broken after that. Oliver’s new sleeping buddy was a spy, unbeknownst to him. Lance (Paul Blackthorne came back, and Wild Dog (Rick Gonzalez) stayed behind to babysit and inspire him. Last time on DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, Damian Darhk (Neal McDonough) narrated the opening, and we got to see how Malcolm Merlyn (John Barrowman) hooked up with Darhk and Eobard Thawne (Matt Letscher). There was trouble in paradise, with the two seething at Eobard Thawne’s highhandness, while simultaneously at each other’s throats. They were trying to get info out of Rip (Arthur Darvill), but the info just wasn’t there. A safety deposit box in 2025 had a piece of the Spear of Destiny, but they could not get in. Malcolm and Darhk have an assassins sword fight, until the “hippie” made them realize that they should work together. Lily Stein (Christina Brucato) found out she was a time aberration. The team figured out why Thawne was always on the move. The Legion of Doom trapped the monster (kinda looks like a zombie Flash) in a bank vault as partners.

They found a promising young meta vigilante with the same power as Laurel. She was after the poeple that killed her partner. After ducking them for a while, Oliver showed her another way, and she was on the team. Adrian (Josh Segarra) was able to free Diggle (David Ramsey) while pissing off a shady general. Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) went back to her “hack-tivist” ways. In the flashback, Talia al Ghul (Lexa Doig) started training Oliver.

Last week on The Flash, HR (Tom Cavanagh) turned S.T.A.R. Labs into a museum, complete with a Cisco (Carlos Valdes) hologram, much to his chagrin. Caitlin asked Julian (Danielle Panabaker, Tom Felton) to join the team. Barry (Grant Gustin) and Cisco vibed back to the future (4 months from now), to figure out what the news was that day, so they could try and change it. Last week on Arrow, Oliver (Stephen Amell) thought his dreams came true when Laurel (Katie Cassidy) came walking into the lair. We all knew what Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) soon suspected, that she was Black Siren from Earth-2. Working with Prometheus, she pretended she was being forced (although it seemed like it was partly not pretending). Oliver was bent on trying to save her, but a showdown between the team and the villains proved to everyone (still not Oliver), that there was no redemption for this Laurel).

Last week on Gotham, Jerome Valeska (Cameron Monaghan) was finally revived sans face, after the GCPD chased his face-wearing resurrector around the city. He and Lee (Morena Baccharin) had a cackling conversation about what he’s missed since his death. Barbara and Tabitha (Erin Richards, Jessica Lucas) took out the rest of the heads of the families, as they went further in their “Operation Destroy Penguin” (Robin Lord Taylor) plan. Selina’s mom betrayed her, and she and Bruce (Camren Bicondova, David Mazouz) are on the outs because he knew it. Jerome went on TV and urged everyone to commit crimes. The lights went out in Gotham, as Jim (Ben McKenzie) watched, horrified.
