It would have been funny to see it happen.

Thank God in heaven that mess was averted. Could you imagine what opening day of the movie would be like??
Lines of losers as far as the eye can see, decked out in full “WoW” Gear. Battling each other for items to help pass time hahahaha but first of all, would they even be to shell out the 1 1/2 – 2 hours away from the game? Plus it would have to be on a non-Raid night as well.

I can sleep soundly tonight Movie God ;-)

Dude… that would have been the equivalent of Mariah Carey directing Lord of the Rings for video game fans.

Guy is hilarious to me, but… well… yeah. I appreciate WoW, even if I’m not willing to get involved in it. I say save the movie rights for someone who will make a good movie.

In that case it’s official . . . Hollywood is picking from the bottom of the bucket.

If I was Uwe Boll and Blizzard told me “We will not sell the movie rights, not to you… not ever to you.” I would consider maybe going into the toilet cleaning business.

I never liked WoW. Warcraft 1, 2, and 3 were very good though, and I like the lore. I hope Sam Raimi does good with the IP.
