Every day here at Doom HQ we receive tons of tips from our readers about really cool stuff from the world of geek, as well as promotional materials for new films, comic books, collectibles, and much more. While we do our best to bring you as much of it as possible, we don’t always have enough geek manpower available to cover it all on a daily basis. But we hate the idea of all of this really cool stuff wasting away in our inbox. How could we NOT cover it? Hence why we’ve resurrected our long-defunct column Bits Of Doom, now rebranded and revamped as Doom Digest, a collection of easily digestible bits of news, videos, photos, and other goodies.
Today: Men in Black 3 as directed by Wes Anderson, the Doctor Who puppet takes Manhattan, Tyrion Lannister’s best lines on Game Of Thrones, Star Trek Federation: The First 150 Years, the Iron Man iron, and Diamond Jubilee fireworks for the Queen, plus Bits Of Doom.
Men in Black 3 As Directed By Wes Anderson
What if Men in Black 3 was directed by Wes Anderson? Watch the video just below and find out.
This is seriously awesome: a Tumblr about the adventures of a Doctor Who Puppet as he makes his way around NYC and beyond. He even went to Nathan’s in Coney Island for some fries!
By far Peter Dinklage‘s Tyrion Lannister has the best lines on HBO’s Game Of Thrones. HuffPost TV created a supercut of Tyrion’s best quotes from Season 2, so check it out below!
Star Trek Federation: The First 150 Years, the definitive history of the United Federation of Planets, will be released on November 20, 2012. This 176-page deluxe volume will come package in display pedestal that features electronic lights and an audio narration by Star Trek‘s original Sulu, George Takei. [Going right on the Wishlist!]
