A few weeks ago, the first promotional image of Grant Gustin as the Flash was revealed by DC for the CW’s upcoming Flash television series — a spinoff of Arrow.

Now, an official image of Gustin donning the full costume and looking ready to run off of the page has surfaced and in my humble opinion, it looks fantastic! Check out the image here below.

If Arrow is any indication of the caliber of CW’s new comic book-related shows, fans of the speedster, myself included, will be in for a real treat come the Fall of 2014 when Flash is set to premiere. For now, we’ll have to settle for any related piece that is thrown at us in anxious anticipation.
