Captain America: Civil War opened with $181.1 million last weekend, giving it the fifth highest opening weekend. Globally, the film is closing in on $500 million and will likely pass $700 million soon. In addition to its commercial success, critics gave the film overwhelmingly positive reviews – you can read our reviews here and here.
In the past few weeks, artists over at Poster Posse have been sharing their take on the film through various prints from different artists. To show their appreciation to the fans who enjoyed the film and to those who have seen it multiple times, Disney Movie Rewards and Fandango have teamed up to give one free Captain America: Civil War poster. Check out the full details below to see how you can obtain it, and two more posters to complete the set.
Through the Disney Movie Rewards website, you can get the free Captain America: Civil War poster drawn by Kaz Oomori. All you have to do is link your Disney Movie Rewards and Fandango account to be able to redeem this reward. But if you don’t have an account with Disney Movie Rewards or a Fandango VIP account, do not worry as both are free to create if you don’t already have them.
Shipping will cost $3.75. However, this is for the poster with both Team Cap and Team Iron Man on it. If you want the entire set, which would include the free poster and individual posters for Team Iron Man and Team Cap, it will run at a cost of $17.99 (includes S&P). All posters are sized at 11″ x 17″.
There are a few other caveats though. In addition to having to be a member of Fandango, the offer is good in the U.S. only. Void where prohibited. You have until June 10th, 2016, to collect these posters while supplies last. Meaning, there are limited quantities, so if you want them, your best bet is to get them now before they run out. You can click the link below to get the poster(s) if you meet the requirements.
We have the images of the posters in the gallery below.
Captain America: Civil War is out now in theaters.
Marvel’s “Captain America: Civil War” finds Steve Rogers leading the newly formed team of Avengers in their continued efforts to safeguard humanity. But after another incident involving the Avengers results in collateral damage, political pressure mounts to install a system of accountability, headed by a governing body to oversee and direct the team. The new status quo fractures the Avengers, resulting in two camps—one led by Steve Rogers and his desire for the Avengers to remain free to defend humanity without government interference, and the other following Tony Stark’s surprising decision to support government oversight and accountability.
