Starz’s Ash vs Evil Dead season two recently got started, and a season three has already been confirmed. It’s all smiles these days for fans of the series and those involved with making it alike.

While enjoying these happy times, the show was on hand at New York Comic-Con recently, and main character Ash Williams even threw his name in the hat to become our next president. But it is October, after all, so everyone needs to make time for some horror movie goodness.

Show stars Bruce Campbell and Lucy Lawless sat down recently to watch and react to some death scenes from various horror flicks. You can see how it went in the video below.

The pair watched classic scenes from movies like Alien, Halloween, A Nightmare on Elm Street, and Hellraiser. There were also some surprising inclusions shown. One is Jason X—of all the Friday the 13th movies they could have chosen from—though to be fair it is a pretty brutal kill. The other is 2002’s Ghost Ship, which definitely is not on the level of most of these. That said, the scene they watch from the movie is undeniably memorable. Oh yeah, and some movie called Evil Dead II is included in there as well. I don’t think Campbell and Lawless were familiar with it at all.
