Amazon Prime Video

Amazon has announced the full lineup of movies and television shows set to arrive on Prime Video in the new month.

This includes a few highlighted titles coming to the streaming service as well as a little bit about them, followed by the rest of the incoming movies and TV shows and the date they’ll be added to Prime Video. All of the Amazon Arrivals for June 2018 can be found below.

Whether you are looking for adult drama or something for the family, straightforward action or complex plots — or maybe just the best rugby team in the world — you’re going to find something you like in our Prime highlights for June.

All or Nothing: New Zealand All Blacks (Prime Original series) — June 1

The Prime Original docuseries All or Nothing turns its cameras from American football to international rugby. The All Blacks, New Zealand’s national team, are to World Rugby what the New England Patriots are to the NFL — and then some. The All or Nothing crew follows the All Blacks’ 2017 season on and off the pitch. (TV-MA)

Goliath (Prime Original series), Season 2 — June 15

Billy Bob Thornton stars as Billy McBride, a former star litigator who is struggling to shed his alcoholic haze and reclaim his law career. The second season finds Billy defending a teenage boy against murder charges. His investigation uncovers a sinister web of crime and deception. (TV-MA)

Wonder Wheel (Prime Original movie) — June 1

Coney Island in the 1950s serves as a backdrop for this drama about a love triangle among three people with unrealized dreams. Justin Timberlake plays a lifeguard who hopes to be a playwright. His affair with an older woman (Kate Winslet) who is married to a middle-aged carousel operator (Jim Belushi), is roiled by the arrival of her stepdaughter (Juno Temple). (2017, PG-13)

Lady Bird — June 3

Greta Gerwig wrote and directed this Oscar-nominated semi-autobiographical film about the difficult relationship between a rebellious teen and her equally headstrong mother. Saoirse Ronan and Laurie Metcalf are brilliant as the two halves of the fractious but loving pair. (2017, R)

The Disaster Artist — June 1

Can a good movie be made about the worst movie of all time? Yes! James Franco directed and starred in this comedy-drama about the making of The Room, a low-budget movie that is considered by many to be the worst ever made. James Franco plays Tommy Wiseau, the mysterious auteur of The Room. Wiseau himself makes a cameo. (2017, R)

Transformers: The Last Knight — June 16

If you like your action movies loud and explosive, it is hard to beat the Transformers franchise, where you’re never very far from something blowing up. In the latest installment, the robot wars span from the days of King Arthur to the present. (2017, PG-13)

Braven — June 9

Jason Momoa stars in this Canadian-made film about a family vacationing at a remote cabin who are forced into a deadly confrontation with a drug gang. Variety praised Braven as “unpretentious yet thoroughly professional popcorn entertainment.” (2018, R)

Lost in Oz (Prime Original series), Season 1, Part 2 — June 8

Fans of this Emmy-winning animated series can finally exhale, as the second batch of season 1 episodes arrives. Lost in Oz follows the exploits of Dorothy Gale, a modern girl who gets swept away to a very 21st century land of Oz. As Dorothy tries to get back to Kansas, she learns about her secret family history. (TV-Y7)

If You Give a Mouse a Cookie (Prime Original series), Season 1, Part 2 — June 26

The characters from the beloved books by writer Laura Numeroff and illustrator Felicia Bond come to life in this delightful animated series for the preschool crowd. Mouse leads his friends Pig, Moose, Dog, Cat and a human named Oliver on gentle adventures. (TV-Y)

A Very English Scandal (Prime Original series) — June 29

This three-part British drama recounts the Thorpe Affair, a headline-grabbing scandal that rocked the UK in the 1970s. Hugh Grant stars as Jeremy Thorpe, a high-ranking member of Parliament who was accused of trying to kill his male lover. (TV-14)
