One of the very best decisions that console makers Microsoft and Sony have made, is to offer free games to those who are members of their Xbox Live Gold and PlayStation Plus programs each month. Hundreds of dollars worth of games for free each year. It makes the pill that is having to pay to play (online) much, much easier to swallow.
The free games being offered to PlayStation Plus members for June 2018 have been revealed, and you can see what they are below.
June is just a few days away, so let’s take a look at your next PS Plus lineup.
First up, we have XCOM 2. This tactical, turn-based strategy game is sure to keep you engaged. Twenty years have passed since humanity lost the war against the alien invaders and a new world order now exists on Earth. Join and lead the XCOM forces as they rise up to eliminate the alien occupation of Earth.
Next is the ultimate platform-racing game, Trials Fusion. Using your skills, strive to set track records against the best Trials players from around the globe. Whether you’re racing alone, with friends, or in a global tournament, competition is always around you.
This month’s PlayStation Plus lineup also includes:
Zombie Driver HD, PS3
Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier, PS3
Atomic Ninjas, PS Vita
Squares, PS Vita
And there you have it. See you next time PlayStation Nation!
OK—it might not be the greatest month of free games there’s been. But not bad. Definitely better than what Xbox is dumping for their Games With Gold June 2018 lineup. Surprising considering how often Xbox offers the better offerings each month.
