Xbox All Access

Microsoft has announced Xbox All Access, an intriguing new offer for anyone interested in getting an Xbox One.

Instead of dropping hundreds of dollars on a new console all at once, Xbox All Access gives people the opportunity to instead do a monthly payment plan for two years. Opting for this two-year payment plan gets you not only a shiny new console but also subscriptions to both Xbox Live Gold, which lets you play online and includes some free games each month, and Xbox Game Pass, their Netflix-like service with over 100 games to choose from.

You can find more information on the offering below, including how much it will cost.

From Xbox Wire:

If you or a friend are looking for the right time to join the Xbox family, this is for you! We’re introducing Xbox All Access, a limited-time offer available only in the U.S. at a Microsoft Store near you while supplies last.

For no upfront cost and one low monthly price for 24 months, Xbox All Access gets you a new Xbox One S or Xbox One X, access to more than 100 great games through Xbox Game Pass, and online multiplayer with Xbox Live Gold. That’s more than 100 all-you-can-play games—including highly-anticipated new Xbox One exclusives the day they’re released, plus more games added all the time— the fastest, most reliable gaming network and an Xbox One console.

Fans who purchase an Xbox One console with Xbox All Access can enjoy:

  • No upfront cost
  • One low monthly price
  • 0% APR for 24 months
  • 24 months of Xbox Game Pass
  • 24 months of Xbox Live Gold
  • Limited-time offer for qualified customers

All brand-new Xbox One S 1TB or Xbox One X consoles, including available console bundles, can be purchased with Xbox All Access. No leasing or renting – you own the console outright!

Get an Xbox One S with Xbox All Access starting at $21.99 per month with 0% APR for 24-months—a savings of over $130. This is one of the most value-driven ways to join the Xbox family we’ve ever offered.

Xbox One X, the world’s most powerful console, with Xbox All Access starts at $34.99 per month with 0% APR for 24-months. It’s a fantastic combination of power and affordability.

With Xbox All Access, joining the Xbox family becomes easier than ever. Visit your local Microsoft Store or Microsoft.com for more information.

For anyone interested in the math, the Xbox One S option equals out to a total of $527.76 and the Xbox One X option equals out to $839.76 total.

The Xbox One S is currently available to purchase on Microsoft’s website for $299, while the Xbox One X is available for $499. If you’re paying the full monthly price for Game Pass, two years would cost you $239.76, while two years of Gold costs $119.98.

At the full prices it would cost a total of $658.74 for an Xbox One S plus two years of Gold and Game Pass, while an Xbox One X plus the subscriptions would cost $858.74.

It’s not for everyone, especially if you have no interest in Game Pass or playing online. But if you don’t have a few hundred dollars to spare and are confident you can afford the monthly payments, it’s a pretty decent deal Microsoft is offering.
