When it comes to the teaser trailers for Stranger Things, you can expect to see… nothing. But that is purely by design. The teaser trailers do reveal something, though: episode titles. And these titles will leave us speculating on what we will see and how they serve as a device to move the show forward. Now, Netflix is giving us our first look at those titles for Season 3, a lot of which has to do with what we have seen and heard in the past, which includes more references to the ’80s. Check out the titles and the trailer here below.

Video: Netflix Gets Into The Aftershow Game With ‘Beyond Stranger Things’

The popularity of Netflix’s Stranger Things has inspired a phenomenon. The show, which takes cues from many iconic sci-fi films of the ’80s, will be debuting its second season tomorrow.
And what would a hit show be without an aftershow. But how does an aftershow work for a series that releases all its episodes in one day? Well, Netflix has figured that out with Beyond Stranger Things, hosted by Jim Rash (Community). More on the story and a sneak peak video of the show below.

Movie Review: Power Rangers (2017)

Power Rangers
Director: Dean Israelite
Screenwriter: John Gatins
Cast: Dacre Montgomery, Naomi Scott, RJ Cyler, Becky G, Ludi Lin, Bill Hader, Bryan Cranston, Elizabeth Banks
Distributor: Lionsgate
Rated PG-13 | 124 Minutes
Release Date: March 24, 2017
“Different Colors. Different Kids. Different Colored Kids.” The Power Rangers are the zeitgeist of 90’s Saturday morning television. But the series isn’t exactly the sparkling example of quality acting and writing. None of that really mattered as a kid as long as the title heroes defeated the monster of the week. So in an age where TV shows are getting the big-screen adaptation treatment, it was only a matter of time before studios would take their eyes on our Saturday morning cartoon favorites.
As fans got older so did the franchise. The Power Rangers constantly changed teams, themes, and stories. But one thing remained true: it was always going to be campy. However, with this new reboot, titled simply Power Rangers, we are introduced to a few more bold ideas, like the introduction of a gay character as a ranger, and one ranger who has Autism. These new ideas are a reflection of the world that we live in today, gives way to those who are trying to find out who they are the impression that they have someone they can relate to. That in itself gives hope and inspiration while also being fun and nostalgic. My full review of the film below.

NYCC 2016: ‘Power Rangers’ Teaser Trailer Turns Heroes Into The Breakfast Club

Now that the New York Comic-Con is in full swing, a lot of Power Ranger fans will have their eyes on the panel hoping for a glimpse of the new Rangers in action. The titular heroes will actually be based on the first American iteration, where five teenagers are selected to be super-powered protectors of Angel Grove. Of course, things will change, and based on the new trailer that was shown earlier this morning, these Teenagers have to attend Saturday school, which will bring them together to fight an evil force known as Rita Replusa.

Bill Hader Will Voice Alpha 5 In ‘Power Rangers’

The heroes for the new incarnation of Power Rangers are relative unknowns, while the villains and supporting roles have gone to more recognizable names like Elizabeth Banks and Bryan Cranston. This was the plan going into the movie from the very beginning, and it looks like they are following through as the latest casting gets yet another famous comedian to join the ranks of the Rangers. Bill Hader will now be the voice of Alpha 5, the bumbling robot with a heart of gold who often assists Zordon, who is otherwise trapped in a time wrap, by giving the Power Rangers the tools they need to save the day.

‘Power Rangers’ Character Posters Want You To “Go Go” See The Movie

Being a kid of the ’90s, I am willing to admit that the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers were a big part of my TV watching life. While the teams have changed and those young enough to even member the show got older, interest in the franchise has somewhat declined. But Saban’s new film, Power Rangers, will attempt to reinvigorate that interest that brings back the classic characters from the first iteration with a whole new look.
As we all know, when it comes to these reimaginings comes new designs to the suits, powers, and yes, the zords. So far we’ve seen nothing from those Jurassic-themed mechas that when combined becomes the mighty Megazord, and these newly released posters only offer a small tease. Check out what these posters have to offer and when you can see more of them below.

Production is currently underway for the new Power Rangers movie, but that still hasn’t stopped the casting process. As we know, the five new Power Rangers will be played by five youthful newcomers, while the villain, Rita Repulsa, will be played by Elizabeth Banks. In the TV series of the same name, the five Power Rangers were mentored by Zordon, a great being of incredible power, and now we know who will play him. Breaking Bad‘s Bryan Cranston will be Zordon.
