Preview ‘Heroes Reborn’ Trailer (Video)
I loved Heroes. In 2006, it was a unique concept for television – people who developed extraordinary abilities, and the people who attacked, feared, and loved them. I loved Peter Petrelli (Milo Ventimiglia), whose ability to take on other people’s powers made his every move an interesting one. I loved Dr. Suresh (Sendhil Ramamurthy), the earnest, genius, easy-on-the-eyes researcher. I even loved Sylar (Zachary Quinto), the first really terrifying villain I had seen in a long time.
So I will be tuning in for Heroes Reborn, a 13-episode series set to air September 24th on NBC.

‘Heroes Reborn’: Zachary Quinto Won’t Return As Sylar
Recently, it was announced that Chuck star Zachary Levi would be one of the newcomers to Heroes Reborn, a 13-episode miniseries continuation of the NBC series Heroes. It was also made clear that some of the familiar faces from the show’s original 2006 to 2010 run would be popping up from time to time in the miniseries, including the only confirmed returning star so far, Jack Coleman, who plays Noah Bennett.
Now comes word of one star who will not be returning for the event. Star Trek star Zachary Quinto has revealed that he will not be reprising his role as Sylar, one of the primary antagonists (sometimes) from the original series. Continue reading to see why Quinto chose not to return.

‘Chuck’ Star Zachary Levi Joins ‘Heroes’ Revival ‘Heroes Reborn’
Got your fill of TV revivals yet? Save some room, there’s still plenty on the way. Fox is talking about potentially reviving multiple titles of theirs, and now another high-profile revival has found one of its stars.
Back in 2006 when it first premiered, NBC’s Heroes was one of the hottest shows on television. After its stellar first season, however, the show had no idea where to go, which resulted in a nasty tailspin, and ultimately a crash cancellation in 2010 after season four.
In 2015, NBC will air a 13-episode miniseries continuation of Heroes titled Heroes Reborn, and one of the revival’s stars will be Zachary Levi.

NBC’s ‘Heroes’ To Return With ‘Heroes Reborn’ Miniseries
You read that correctly, Heroes is coming back!
NBC has ordered 13 episodes in what they are calling an event miniseries to air in 2015. With its new moniker, Heroes Reborn, there’s no guarantee that we’ll see our favorites from the original series, but right now all we know is that it’s a standalone story arc and creator Tim Kring is on board as executive producer. The revived television series will be preceded by a digital series that’s going to introduce the characters and the storyline.
