‘Toy Story 4’ Interview: Director Josh Cooley and Producer Mark Nielsen On Continuing Pixar’s Flagship Film Franchise
Earlier this month, I got the very rare opportunity to join a select group of journalists to travel to Pixar Animation Studios in Emeryville, CA, where we got a sneak preview of Toy Story 4. The fourth installment of the Toy Story franchise sees Woody and Buzz go in a new direction by tapping into new themes that were never explored in any of the previous films. This is what helps keep the franchise fresh and new.
I’ve already shown you how technology has changed since the first Toy Story came out, but now it is time to hear from a roundtable interview we had with director Josh Cooley and producer Mark Nielsen about the upcoming film, the daunting task of revisiting a beloved franchise after the third is considered perfect, bringing Bo Peep back, and more. Netflix Releases Trailer For New ‘Arrested Development’
More Arrested Development is on the way from creator Mitchell Hurwitz, and Netflix has released an official trailer for the new episodes.
Said new episodes are the second half of season five. The first half of the season was released about a year ago. Netflix describes the new episodes with few words, saying simply “One Murder. No Masterminds.”

‘Toy Story 4’ Brings Bo Peep Back To Town
Before Forky was introduced as the heart of the Toy Story 4 plot, it was rumored that the film was going to be a romantic film about Woody being reunited with his long lost love Bo Peep, a porcelain figure based on the nursery rhyme character Little Bo-Peep.
She was noticeably absent in Toy Story 3, which led many to believe that she was lost or broken. However, she will be back in Toy Story 4, and with a brand new look. Check out her teaser intro video below.
