While a majority of what we see during each film is often able to be seen right there in the film’s script, it’s the moments that aren’t, the moments of improvisation, the moments of creativity, that are forever remembered in the history books.
And now, thanks to The High Definite, we have a new video proclaiming the 25 Greatest Unscripted Scenes in all of film history. “You’re going to need a bigger boat,” “Here’s Johnny!,” and even Han Solo’s response to Leia’s proclamation of love are all found on this list, as are a few gems that seem almost too perfect to actually be unscripted.

As an actor’s medium, the moments where they are allowed to really breath are often the best of the respective films. These scenes are just a few of the cavalcade of classic moments that never made the script, but made the screen. What are your favorites?
It’s interesting to see that several of those films were made by Stanley Kubrick.

Indeed, perhaps they got it mixed up with the exact sequence but with different examples the 2 of them did do in 40 year old virgin. In that case they were playing video games though.
