2K Games Confirms More ‘BioShock’ Games After Surprise Closing Of Irrational Games
Earlier this week came the surprising news that BioShock and BioShock Infinite developer Irrational Games would be closing its doors soon, leaving the future of the franchise up in the air.
Considering that publisher 2K Games has already made a direct sequel to the original game in 2010, not to mention the fact that Irrational co-founder Ken Levine said they would be handing the reins to 2K now, it was assumed that they would almost certainly be making at least one more title in the series at some point. Now 2K has confirmed their intentions.
You can read what they said below.

For a long time we’ve wanted to know what a talking gun-toting raccoon would sound like in Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy. So when Marvel announced that Bradley Cooper would be voicing the character, some wondered if Rocket Raccoon would still have that signature Cockney accent heard in the form of video games and an episode of Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Heroes.
Now we didn’t get to hear him speak in a href=”https://www.geeksofdoom.com/2014/02/19/its-here-guardians-of-the-galaxy-full-length-trailer-now-available-video” target=”_blank”>trailer, and in a lot of ways that is a good thing. Creepy Archives, Volume 18
Hardcover | Kindle Edition
Written by Various
Illustrated by Various
Dark Horse Comics
Release date: February 18, 2014
Cover Price: $49.99
Creepy Archives, Volume 18, covers issues 84-88 of the original magazine series, wherein each issues had a theme. For instance, #84 was an “all sports issue,” which while an odd fit on the surface, worked surprisingly well. “All monster” stories was the focus of #85. The next two were Christmas and Mars-themed, with issue #88 being a free-for-all smorgasbord of stories.
Overall, these Creepy Archive collections are blasts from the past, when seemingly all comics seemed more a bit more wondrous, even innocent “” including the horror ones. This volume features art from some of the big, and not so big names of yesteryear, with quality craftsmanship being a key element that they have in common.
