The Movie God   |  @   |

Ravanello Super Mario Mushroom Maker

When it comes to kitchen gadgets, usually we buy them because they make something annoying much easier. Or claim to, anyway. But sometimes one comes along that might not be essential in your kitchen, but is a must-own anyway.

That’s where the Ravanello comes into the picture. This little tool isn’t necessarily a life-changer, but what it does do geeks everywhere will without question throw their hard earned coin at to own. The Ravanello takes your basic everyday radish, and transforms it into a mushroom. No, not an actual mushroom. That would be incredible, and cost a hell of a lot more. But it does make it look like a mushroom—more specifically, one of those oh so familiar mushrooms from the Super Mario video game series and its spinoffs.

Click on over to the other side for more and to see a video of how it works.

The game was to offer co-op gameplay, with each player getting their own dragon companion to help in battles. This, as you might imagine, had gamers quite excited. Excitement only grew with the release of gameplay videos showing some epic battles you and your dragon would take part in.

‘Star Wars: The Old Republic’ Players Pay Their Respects To Carrie Fisher (Videos)
The Movie God   |  @   |

Star Wars: The Old Republic Players Gather At Castle Organa

Fans of Carrie Fisher have been mourning the loss of the actress in various ways, such as attending lightsaber vigils.

For some gamers, there was no need to go anywhere in the real world. Many people who play the massively multiplayer online role-playing game Star Wars: The Old Republic jumped into that game world, and visited Castle Organa—the ancestral home of House Organa, including Fisher’s Princess Leia, located on the Apalis Coast of the planet Alderaan—to pay their respects. One player even created a character that looks like Leia to be there for the many visiting fans. And some of the players’ characters were considered enemies to House Organa, forcing them to fight through NPCs just to join in the memorial, which they did. Friends and enemies alike stood together in honor of the fallen princess.

Below you can find multiple videos of players gathering at Castle Organa.

Telltale’s ‘The Walking Dead’: How To Import Save For Season 3
The Movie God   |  @   |

Telltale's The Walking Dead: A New Frontier Story

Telltale Games’ The Walking Dead season three begins today with the release of not one but two episodes of the new five-episode season, titled The Walking Dead: A New Frontier. Watch the launch trailer for the new season right here if you haven’t seen it yet.

If you’re familiar with the series, you’re aware that you make choices that change how your story plays out. You’re also aware that you were able to import your season one save file before beginning season two to fit whatever happened to the characters in your first season playthrough. That feature returns for season three, but unfortunately many people played the first two seasons on an older console such as Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3, and will be playing A New Frontier on Xbox One or PS4 if they haven’t jumped over to PC. Thankfully Telltale has shared details on the options you’ll have, including starting with a clean slate or continuing your story. You can read that below.
