For the weeks leading up to the start of this year’s San Diego Comic-Con, Twentieth Century Fox had a listing on the Hall H schedule, but nothing about which properties they would be promoting. A day or so prior to Saturday’s panel, word was that they would be bringing Dawn of the Planet of the Apes and The Wolverine to the masses, but there was still rumors of a huge surprise to come.
And that surprise did indeed come when Fox brought out the full cast of X-Men: Days of Future Past, which included actors from both the first X-Men trilogy and First Class prequel. That means, two Professor Xs, two Magnetos, and one Wolverine to rule them all! (Ok, maybe not rule them, but he’s gotta go back in time to give a message to Professor X and Magneto’s younger selves from their older selves.)
Watch the full X-Men: Days Of Future Past panel (minus any film footage) here below. Also here below is our photos from the panel.
The panel begins with an appearance of Hugh Jackman promoting his upcoming solo movie, The Wolverine, then goes into the new X-Men movie.
Here’s a post-panel photo of the X-Men cast, director Bryan Singer, and producers that Singer posted to Twitter:
